End those sleepless nights for good!

As the cooler nights are starting to creep in, some find that it can be hard to find ways to get a good night’s rest.

Bert H. Epstein, Psy.D. from Oregon State University has composed a list of helpful ways of how you can banish those sleepless nights for good!  


“It is important that we get enough sleep because if we don’t, we pay a price both physically and mentally. People around us are also affected when we lack sleep. We get emotionally short tempered.”
